In this type of funding the Borrowers normally do not have to repay up to 100% of the Funds borrowed including Interest.

Generally suitable for Government infrastructure projects or large private projects

For Example:

For a project of Euro € 500 Million the Borrower must provide collateral security of Euro € 500 Million, minimum. We will then provide the funding for the project based upon its requirement. The Funds will be written off within a period of time during which the collateral security and all new Assets of the completed Project will be assigned to us.
